In 2016, a Twitter user posted the picture of a boy named Michael Alvez, a two-year-old boy who was born with an ulcerous growth in the face, and tagged Kate Henshaw who developed an interest in the case, traced the boy’s family and along with several others contributed the sum of 8 million Naira for the boy’s treatment.
She has been supportive to Nigeria Polio Plus by using her platform and influence to sensitize the public on polio and encourage mothers to get their children  immunize against polio.

Akinloye Tofowomo popularly known as Akiin Shuga was born on January 6,1975. He is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. Akinloye Tofowomo is best known as the founder and lead singer of the popular Nigerian live band “Shuga band”, which was formed in 1998. Akinloye Tofowomo is also the founder Shuga Limb Foundation, a foundation that cares for people suffering from polio. Akin was unveiled as the Rotary International District 9110 Polio Ambassador on Friday 19 January 2018. At the event he dedicated his “I can Walk” song to polio survivors in Africa.

Ali Baba was born in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria on June 24, 1965, to the royal family of Agbarha Otor.
